You Might Be Thinking…
-
Its ability to measure behavioral drives and understand the individual on a unique level that other platforms and systems do not and doing so only in 6 minutes.
A proven 70-year track record of improving hiring outcomes, developing strong leaders and employees, and driving overall productivity and engagement within organizations.
-
To keep the same metrics in one place across all stages of staff development rather than using disjointed systems.
To free up your time so you can concentrate on what only you can do.
-
Yes. A number of other churches have used this platform and found it to be invaluable.
-
The measured behavioral drives and their definitions are more precise and transparent, making practical application less ambiguous.
The platform enables continuous application and results access across various scenarios and roles rather than providing a one-time, one-dimensional description.
The platform provides detailed guidance on how each individual can grow in leadership abilities, while DISC does not.
The measured drives have a far more apparent application on one’s spiritual life than DISC’s do.

It Is up to you. The purchase of the Saas comes with the initial training that is designed to equip you to use the SaaS on your own. Afterward, general support is provided at no charge. Anything beyond that is initiated at your discretion and is considered paid consulting.
-
I believe the first exposure to the SaaS should be through the Kingdom-values lens I’ve carefully developed over a number of years, rather than the standard corporate perspective in which it is initially presented.
-
It will depend on how many features or modules are purchased. I strive to accommodate each institution's financial situation while working within the constraints set by the publisher.

Founder - Irina N. Martin
Irina Martin is a former high school teacher and a K-12 academy administrator. She is deeply passionate about intentionally developing each laborer in God's Kingdom, empowering them to fulfill their God-given assignments with excellence and joy. Her additional passions include enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring all aspects of an institution align seamlessly with its core values. During Irina’s eleven years of senior management, her passions and corresponding skills were tested and refined as the academy grew from 275 to over 5,000 students. In recent years, health challenges prompted Irina to pivot her path, leading her to deepen her HR and management expertise and launch her HR consultancy.
Irina’s most pertinent credentials are a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, former yet still relevant SCHRM-CP certification, Talent Optimization certification, and a lifetime ACSI Principal certification.
Irina was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States with her family as a teenager. She is married, has four children, and currently resides in the greater Seattle area.
I came across the said platform during one of the academy’s explosive growth periods that called for the hiring of about thirty staff members within a year. Both the screening of hundreds of candidates daily and ensuring current department leaders had the right training systems and skills in place were formidable challenges. The system helped me to overcome every single one of them with flying colors.
The most profound transformation sparked by this system came when our senior leadership team took the initial assessment during the demo. We were astonished by its eerie accuracy, but what impacted us most was the clarity it provided on how each of us contributed to long-standing challenges—both within our team and across the organization.
Lastly and most importantly, due to its in-depth understanding of a person, the system helped me to be a leader who loves people well and stewards them in an informed way.
