You Might Be Thinking…
-
Its ability to measure behavioral drives and understand the individual on a unique level that other platforms and systems do not and doing so only in 6 minutes.
A proven 70-year track record of improving hiring outcomes, developing strong leaders and employees, and driving overall productivity and engagement within organizations.
-
To keep the same metrics in one place across all stages of staff development rather than using disjointed systems.
To free up your time so you can concentrate on what only you can do.
-
Yes. A number of other churches have used this platform and found it to be invaluable.
-
The measured behavioral drives and their definitions are more precise and transparent, making practical application less ambiguous.
The platform enables continuous application and results access across various scenarios and roles rather than providing a one-time, one-dimensional description.
The platform provides detailed guidance on how each individual can grow in leadership abilities, while DISC does not.
The measured drives have a far more apparent application on one’s spiritual life than DISC’s do.
-
It is up to you. The purchase of the Saas comes with the initial training that is designed to equip you to use the SaaS on your own. Afterward, general support is provided at no charge. Anything beyond that is initiated at your discretion and is considered paid consulting.
-
We believe the first exposure to the SaaS should be through the Kingdom-values lens I’ve carefully developed over a number of years, rather than the standard corporate perspective in which it is initially presented.
-
It will depend on how many features or modules are purchased. We strive to accommodate each institution's financial situation while working within the constraints set by the publisher.

Founder - Irina N. Martin
Irina Martin is a former high school teacher and a K-12 academy administrator. She is deeply passionate about intentionally developing each laborer in God's Kingdom and equipping them to fulfill their God-given assignments. During Irina’s eleven years in senior management, her passion and corresponding skills were tested and refined as the academy grew from 275 students to over 5,000. Following a season of health changes, Irina began an independent practice in 2023, guiding ministries and small businesses in navigating the full employee life cycle—ensuring that every person is hired and developed with excellence.
Irina holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and a Talent Optimization certification. She is currently renewing her SHRM certification.
Irina was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States with her family as a teenager. She is married, has four children, and currently resides in the greater Seattle area.
During a period of explosive growth at the Academy, I was tasked with hiring thirty staff members within a single year. The challenge was twofold: screening hundreds of candidates daily while ensuring our department leaders possessed the training systems and skills necessary to sustain that growth.
Implementing this assessment platform was a turning point. In our first look at the system, we were struck by its profound insight into our team. It illuminated exactly how each of us could shift our contributions to resolve old patterns and build a more harmonious culture.
Most importantly, the new understanding of my staff enabled me to be the leader I wanted to be - the one who loves people well and stewards them in an informed way.
Today, I want to bring what I learned to leaders who
